These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anchorline Supply and any purchase you make through it. Anchorline Supply is operated by Poster Products LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Wisconsin limited liability company based in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy, each linked in the site footer.

About This Store; Commercial Use

Anchorline Supply sells commercial-grade waste and recycling receptacles and related accessories to businesses, municipalities, institutions, property managers, and other commercial buyers. The site and products are intended for commercial and institutional use. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are buying for business or institutional purposes and not primarily for personal, family, or household use, and that you are authorized to bind the organization named on the order. Products, pricing, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

Quotes and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. No order is binding on us until we accept it.
Because these products ship by freight, freight is quoted after you order. See our Shipping Policy. We may treat your order as accepted when we confirm the freight quote and payment (or approved credit terms) are in place.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, ordering errors, pricing or description errors, credit concerns, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

Pricing, Taxes, and Exemptions

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include freight or applicable taxes.
We collect Wisconsin state and Dane County sales tax on taxable orders shipped to Wisconsin, and on taxable delivery charges, as required by Wisconsin law. Orders shipped outside Wisconsin are not charged Wisconsin sales tax; you are responsible for any use tax or other tax owed in your own jurisdiction.
If you are a reseller or a tax-exempt entity (for example, a Wisconsin governmental unit or a qualifying nonprofit), you must give us a properly completed Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate (Form S-211 or S-211-E) or other acceptable exemption documentation before we invoice the order. We cannot refund tax already charged on a completed order without valid exemption documentation dated on or before the order date.

Payment and Net-30 Accounts

Unless we have approved credit terms for your account in writing, payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
We may offer Net-30 payment terms to approved business accounts at our discretion. Credit is extended for business purposes only. We may reduce, suspend, or revoke credit terms at any time.
Past-due balances on approved accounts accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year), or the maximum rate allowed by law if lower. You agree to pay our reasonable costs of collection, including collection agency fees and reasonable attorney's fees.
Until an order is paid in full, we retain a purchase-money security interest in the goods sold on that order and may file financing statements to perfect it.

Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping is handled per our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery of the goods to your delivery address. For loss or damage in transit, follow the claim process in our Refund Policy; we will manage the freight carrier claim.

Returns

Returns, cancellations, and damage or defect claims are handled per our Refund Policy, including a 30-day return window, a 20% restocking fee on standard returns, customer-paid return freight on standard returns, and final-sale treatment of custom and made-to-order items.

Product Warranty; Disclaimer

Where a manufacturer provides a limited warranty on a product, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer and we will pass it through to you and assist with valid claims.

EXCEPT FOR ANY APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND THE EXPRESS RIGHTS STATED IN OUR REFUND POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTER PRODUCTS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your intended use and site conditions, for installing and anchoring products according to the manufacturer's instructions, and for compliance with applicable fire, building, accessibility, and local codes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Anchorline Supply and Poster Products LLC arising out of or relating to any order, the products, or this site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or downtime, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Wisconsin law, including liability for personal injury caused by our own negligence, or the consequences of our fraud or willful misconduct. Some limitations may not apply to you to the extent Wisconsin law (including Wis. Stat. ch. 402) prohibits them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poster Products LLC and its members, managers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of a product, your failure to install or maintain a product properly, your violation of applicable codes or law, or your resale or representation of a product to a third party in a way we did not authorize.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier or manufacturer delays, freight carrier disruptions, labor shortages, material shortages, weather, fire, or government action.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product descriptions, photography, and site design, is owned by or licensed to Poster Products LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without our written permission.

Privacy

Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including order and account notices by email, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any order are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and excluding the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any written quote or credit agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter, and supersede any conflicting terms in your purchase order or other documents unless we agree to them in writing. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes take effect when posted to this page.
