Because freight cost depends heavily on delivery location, order size, and delivery accessibility (dock vs. liftgate, residential vs. commercial address), shipping is not calculated automatically at checkout.
How Freight Quoting Works
- After you place an order, our team will follow up with a freight quote specific to your delivery location and order size.
- Freight charges are billed separately from the product order and are not bundled into the listed product price.
- Orders are scheduled for shipment once the freight quote is confirmed.

Delivery
- Most orders ship via common freight (LTL) carrier and require someone available to accept delivery.
- Standard freight delivery is curbside/dock unless liftgate or inside delivery is arranged in advance (additional fees may apply).
- Transit times vary by destination and carrier availability; we'll provide an estimated window once your shipment is booked.
- Please inspect items at the time of delivery whenever possible and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing — see our Refund Policy for how we handle freight damage claims.
